Katy Louise Taylor

I have worked in the legal industry for over 20 years and have developed my areas of expertise throughout that period. Having started work for Hall Reynolds back in 2006 I progressed through the firm and after a lot of hard work became the owner in 2019. Much of my time is now spent trying to manage client needs and the needs of the business and staff.
When I am not managing the practice, I undertake all types of private client and property work. But also have experience in other fields of the law; all of which I believe help me develop the firm to its current level.
At Hall Reynolds LLP, we encourage our staff to offer a friendly and professional service. We have always tried to be progressive and forward-thinking, making use of the latest technology wherever possible. We pride ourselves on our delivering excellent levels of service whilst striving to continually improve in all areas.
Conchi Palacios
Partner – SRA Number 7268864
I have worked in finance and administration for over 25 years in the United Kingdom, developing extensive experience across both sectors. I joined Hall Reynolds LLP in 2017 as a Legal Cashier, later became Office Manager, and in 2025 was appointed Partner. My role now centres on managing the firm’s finances and supporting our staff, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of a reliable service to clients.
Before moving to the UK, I worked in Spain as a Customer Account Planner for a multinational company, collaborating with colleagues and clients from a wide range of nationalities. I am bilingual, with Spanish as my mother tongue, and can assist clients whenever translation or multilingual support is required.
As Partner, I focus on maintaining strong internal systems and supporting the team across all areas of the practice. My aim is to keep the business organised and efficient behind the scenes so clients receive a clear, well managed and positive experience.
David Charles Hall
Consultant Solicitor - SRA Number 99352
I was admitted as a solicitor in 1973 and have practiced law for 50 years. I founded Hall Reynolds in 1994 which grew successfully over the years and which I managed until 2019. I still take a very active role in assisting with the business and assisting Katy Taylor on a day-to-day basis.
When I am not helping manage the practice, I undertake mostly commercial property work and business work but since establishing the firm, I have dealt with almost everything which came through the door, and I have experience in most the fields of high street practice. This all helped me develop the firm to be the successful practice it is today.
I am currently the Company Law and Commercial Property Partner here at Hall Reynolds LLP, a role which involves undertaking company sales and purchases, company formations, commercial property acquisitions, sales, leases, and business advice and many other associated fields.
As a firm, our experienced legal team are committed to providing cost effective legal services to our large client base of individuals and businesses. Those clients come back to us time and time again because of the service levels they know they will receive.
I try to take a friendly and pragmatic approach to the law and help people understand its processes to achieve their required results competently and efficiently.

As a Paralegal, I have worked in the legal profession for more than 30 years, focusing on Private Client and Conveyancing. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working with local practices to help support clients with wills, leasehold and freehold property, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
I recently joined Hall Reynolds as a Legal Assistant, where I assist with residential conveyancing and private client matters. My knowledge of the local area helps me provide practical, reassuring support to clients as they navigate their conveyancing journey.

With over 39 years experience working within both the legal profession and HR administation I joined the team at Hall Reynolds LLP.
My current duties as Legal Assistant/Receptionist seemlessly blends both areas of my expertise and enables me to engage daily with
clients throughout their transaction whilst also being the first point of contact when clients contact the office.

With over 17 years of experience in the estate agency sector, including 10 years dedicated to sale progression, I bring a practical understanding of residential conveyancing to my role as Legal Administrator. Supported by a strong administrative background, my knowledge of property transactions enables me to navigate chains, liaise confidently with all parties, and support fee earners. I am highly organised and committed to providing a friendly, professional service to clients.
