Making a Will is very sensible but that only helps when you are dead. What if, because of illness or an accident you need help in
maintaining your affairs before you die?
Making a Lasting Power of Attorney gives you the chance to say who will give you that help, when exactly that help can be given and allows you to give guidance to your Attorney as to how they should help you.
If you or someone you care for needs our help, we can arrange a meeting at our office, your home, care home or even hospital if required.
If a lack of capacity means that arranging a Lasting Power of Attorney isn’t possible we can still help you or your loved oneswith application for a Deputyship.
